Grant is a great agent, any questions I had he answered, or he found the answer very quickly. When he list my home he told me the little things I needed to do to get it sold. After it was listed he had showings almost every day, with multiple showings some days, and then got an offer in less than 2 weeks. He is a very hard-working agent and I would highly recommend Grant if you want to move your property quickly and an agent who knows what they are doing.
